- 1. Inhibiting thrombus formation in the following diseases
1) Myocardial infarction
2) Cerebral infarction
3) Unstable angina
2. Inhibition of thrombus formation after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) or percutaneous coronary coronary angioplasty (PTCA)
3. Reduction of cardiovascular risk in high-risk patients (patients with complex risk factors such as family history of ischemic heart disease, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, obesity, and diabetes)
